Beroe wins 6:0 in Svilengrad

Beroe won the third preseason friendly against Svilengrad at Kolodruma stadium with 6:0. Anton Ognyanov scored the first goal for Beroe in the 33rd minute. Five goals were added in the second half – Junior Mapuku (48th), Atanas Zehirov (66th) and a hattrick by Georgi Kostadinov (67th, 80th and 87th min.).

The first half was interesting with chances for Chris Gadi, Anton Ognyanov, Mapuku and Zehirov. Even defender Tanko Dyakov tried his luck with a distance shoot in the 13th minute, but could not score.

Beroe took the lead in the 33rd minute when Anton Ognyanov placed a perfect free kick from a 20-meter distance.

Well taken finishes by Junior Mapuku in the 48th minute and by Atanas Zehirov in the 66th made it 0:3.

Only one minute later Alassane N’Diaye passed to Georgi Kostadinov. The former U21 national team player fired a good shot in the right lower corner of the goal for 0:4.

Georgi Dinkov found Kostadinov one on one with the keeper in the 80th minute. The midfielder kept his nerve and made it 0:5.

Alassane N’Diaye made a run on the right wing in the 88th minute, crossed the ball to Salim Kerkar who shot directly but the keeper managed to block. The ball, however, landed directly in Georgi Kostadinov’s feet who netted it for the final score.
